1. Product information
Keystone operations LTD does not sell branded perfumes. Our Pure perfumes are inspired by well-known fragrances, but are always delivered in simple, neutral bottles without brand names or logos.
Each perfume is identified by a number. This number is identical for both Parfen and Pure and solely determines the fragrance the customer orders. The customer therefore purchases the number, not the brand name or packaging.
Prices:
20 ml: $14.95 (fourteen dollars ninety-five)
30 ml: $16.95 (sixteen dollars ninety-five)
50 ml: $22.45 (twenty-two dollars forty-five)
100 ml: $32.95 (thirty-two dollars ninety-five)
Discounts:
5% discount when purchasing at least 2 perfumes
10% discount when purchasing at least 3 perfumes
It is solely up to the customer to determine whether they recognize fragrance notes in branded perfumes.
Perfumes have a shelf life of at least 3 years from the date of purchase.
For optimal use: spray on clothing or hair from a distance of at least 20 cm.
2. Legal Information
Keystone operations LTD does not sell branded perfumes and is not affiliated with the brands that inspired its fragrances.
Pure perfumes are not copies or official products; they have their own compositions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Transfer of Risk
- In accordance with Article VI.44 of the CISG and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the risk of loss or damage only passes to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods to the customer or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier).
- If the customer designates a carrier not provided by us, the risk passes upon delivery of the goods to that carrier.
Proof of Delivery
- A confirmation from the carrier (track & trace, electronic scan, photo of placement, or signature) is sufficient proof of correct delivery.
- If the customer claims they have not received the goods, they must report this in writing and with reasons to info@pureparfum.nl within 3 calendar days of the delivery date notified by the carrier.
- In the absence of timely notification, the delivery is deemed to have been completed correctly and completely.
Investigation in case of dispute
- The customer is obligated to provide all reasonable cooperation if they dispute the delivery. They must first inquire with family members and neighbors, and if they do not receive it, complete and sign a declaration of non-receipt sent by Pyramid Products, fully and sworn.
- This document will be immediately forwarded to our parcel handler, SHIPDADDY, who will then instruct the carrier to investigate. This process may take up to two weeks.
- If the carrier acknowledges the error, the perfume(s) ordered by the customer will be reshipped at no additional cost.
- If the investigation shows that the package was delivered correctly, the order is considered fulfilled.
- If the customer subsequently disputes the outcome of the investigation, they must rely exclusively on the statutory dispute resolution procedure as set out in Article 14 of these terms and conditions. Until then, no further refunds or reshipments will be issued.
Fraud and disputes
- In the event of a manifestly unfounded notification of non-receipt, we reserve the right to refuse further orders.
- In the event of suspected fraud (intentionally falsely reporting non-receipt while the carrier confirms correct delivery), we reserve the right to report this to the competent authorities.
- In Belgium, this is considered fraud under Article 496 of the Dutch Criminal Code and may also qualify as forgery (Articles 193 et seq. of the Dutch Criminal Code). In the Netherlands, this falls under fraud under Article 326 of the Dutch Criminal Code and may also fall under forgery (Article 225 of the Dutch Criminal Code).
4. Damage upon delivery
- In case of visible damage: refuse the package and immediately return it to the carrier. Otherwise, the damage will not be covered by insurance.
- If not refused, report the damage immediately via info@pureparfum.us with clear photos and video.
5. Defective atomizers
- Any defects to the atomizer must be reported in writing within 1 month of receipt via info@pureparfum.us, with attached photo and video evidence.
- Depending on the condition of the product and the amount of perfume already used, Keystone operations LTD will, at its discretion, send a new perfume, issue a partial refund, or provide a discount code for a future purchase.
- Reports after 1 month will not be processed, unless mandatory consumer law stipulates otherwise.
6. Returns
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, provided the product is unopened and the packaging is fully intact, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
The return shipping cost is $6.00 (six dollars), payable by the customer, and will always be deducted from the refund amount.
Return procedure:
- Request your return via info@pureparfum.us, stating your bank account number.
- After confirmation, you will receive a return label.
- Pack the product securely and send it to: Shopdaddy, 15 Railroad Avenue, STE 1 Newville, Pennsylvania 17241
- Upon receipt of your return in good condition and unopened, the amount you paid for the perfume, excluding delivery and return costs, will be refunded within 3 business days.
Exceptions:
- Opened or damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.
- Returns that do not follow the prescribed procedure will be refused and are not eligible for a refund.
Fragrance Experience & Conformity
Because fragrance experience and the longevity of a perfume depend heavily on personal factors (such as skin type, environment, and application), differences in perception or comparison with branded perfumes that inspired our products are not considered a defect or non-conformity. Complaints in this regard do not entitle you to a free return or refund.
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened and undamaged products remains fully applicable, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Book VI of the CISG.
7. Invoice Terms
- All delivered goods remain the property of Keystone Operations LTD until full payment has been received.
- After delivery, the buyer bears all risks, including loss and damage.
- Non-payment may result in immediate reclaim of the goods.
- Payment must be made exclusively through our registered office or bank account.
8. Customer Data Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for correctly entering address and contact details.
- Reshipment costs for incorrectly entered information are $6.00 (six dollars) and are the customer's sole responsibility.
9. Intellectual Property
All text, images, designs, and content on this website are the property of Keystone Operations LTD. Use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy Statement
Pyramid Products processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data do we collect?
Name, address, email address, telephone number; order history, IP address, payment information
Why do we collect this data?
To process orders; For customer service and communication; for legal obligations (e.g., accounting)
Legal basis for processing:
Performance of a contract; legal obligation; consent (when subscribing to a newsletter)
Retention period: maximum 7 years after the last purchase.
Sharing with third parties: only with logistics and payment partners (such as Shopwedo, Pay.nl, Bpost, DHL, DPD, GLS, PostNL). No transfer outside the EU without appropriate safeguards.

11. Disclaimer
Pyramid Products compiles the information on this website and in these terms and conditions with the utmost care. However, incompleteness or errors may occur.
We accept no liability for damages resulting from the use of this information, products, or services, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
All information is subject to change and typographical errors.
12. Limitation of Liability
Keystone operations LTD is not liable for any indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or immaterial damages, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
Total liability is always limited to the amount the customer actually paid for the product in question.
13. Force Majeure
Keystone operations LTD is not obliged to fulfill its obligations if it is prevented from doing so by force majeure, such as fire, flooding, war, pandemics, government measures, transport problems, strikes, disruptions in energy or telecommunications networks, and supplier failures.
14. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any agreements between you and us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
For consumers, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.
For business or professional customers, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any agreement between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, USA.
