Delivery time: within 3 business days of payment (before 2:00 PM), excluding weekends and public holidays.

If not present at the time of delivery:

  • Second delivery attempt or collection at a collection point (available 7 days).
  • Not collected within 7 days? The package will be returned to our warehouse:

  • Reshipment is possible after payment of $6.00 (six dollars) to Keystone Operations LTD

Transfer of Risk

Title and risk of loss for the products pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, except where the customer selects a carrier not recommended by us, in which case risk of loss passes upon delivery of the products to that carrier.

Proof of Delivery and Disputes

  • A confirmation from the carrier (track & trace, electronic scan, photo of placement, or signature) is sufficient proof of correct delivery.
  • If you believe you have not received the package, please report this in writing and with reasons within 3 calendar days of the delivery date notified by the carrier via info@pureparfum.us.
  • Failure to report this in a timely manner will result in the delivery being deemed to have been completed correctly.
  • In the event of a dispute, please cooperate fully (inquire with neighbors/family and complete a sworn declaration of non-receipt provided by us). This document will be forwarded to our logistics partner, Shopwedo, who will initiate an investigation with the carrier. An investigation can take up to two weeks.

  • Not collected within seven days? The package will be returned to our warehouse:

  • Reshipment is possible after payment of $6.00 (six dollars) to Keystone Operations LTD
  • Elderly perfumes will be sent free of charge.
  • If the investigation shows that the package was delivered correctly, the order is considered fulfilled.
  • If you subsequently dispute the outcome, you can only do so through the statutory dispute procedure as stipulated in our Terms and Conditions.

Fraud and Manifestly Unfounded Reports

In the event of a manifestly unfounded claim of non-receipt, we reserve the right to refuse future orders from the customer.

In cases of suspected fraud, including intentionally submitting a false non-receipt claim while the carrier confirms successful delivery, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. This may include reporting the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperating with law enforcement.

Such conduct may constitute fraud under applicable U.S. federal or state laws, including but not limited to laws relating to wire fraud, false statements, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Damage Upon Delivery

  • In the event of visible damage: refuse the package and immediately give it to the carrier.
  • If not refused: report damage immediately via info@pureparfum.us with clear photos and video. 

Defective atomizers

  • Defects must be reported in writing within one month of receipt to info@pureparfum.us, with photo and video evidence.
  • Possible solutions: a new product, a partial refund, or a discount code.
  • Reports after one month will not be processed, unless mandatory consumer law stipulates otherwise.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging in resalable condition.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

A return handling fee of USD $6.00 will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Procedure

  1. Request a return via info@pureparfum.us, stating your bank account number.
  2. You will receive a return label.
  3. Package the product securely and send it to:

  4. Upon receipt of the return in good condition and unopened, the amount for the perfume, excluding shipping and return costs, will be refunded within 3 business days.
