Refund policy

Returns

A parcel may be returned within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.

Please send an email to info@pureparfum.us requesting a return and including your bank account number; we will confirm within 24 hours and send you a return label.

Please make sure that your parcel is securely packaged and take it to a shipping point of your choice.

Then send your parcel to our warehouse at Flat 2304, 23/f, Ho King, Commercial Centre, 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong.

Once we have received your return shipment in its original packaging, in good condition and unopened, the amount you paid for the perfume and the delivery costs will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days.

Then send your parcel to our warehouse at Flat 2304, 23/f, Ho King, Commercial Centre, 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong.

Once we have received your return shipment in its original packaging, in good condition and unopened, the amount you paid for the perfume and the delivery costs will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days.
